This is a site for people who want to be fitter and healthier and actually enjoy the means to the end! We understand the struggles, the highs, the lows, the sense of achievement and the sense of frustration that comes with dieting, workout regimes and being as healthy as you can be. Being slim, healthy and sparkly takes a lot of effort but it´s totally worth it so we try and try, and we want to share our experiences of that journey with you to help you achieve your own goals. We’re not gurus or experts - we’re real girls, putting in a real effort to get our bodies in the best shape possible, inside and out.
Julia is a fitness and health fanatic and takes full advantage of village life with daily running, self-made workouts and doing fitness DVDs at home. She has been a vegetarian for 23 years and gave up dairy 8 years ago, losing 18lbs in the process. Julia is at her ideal weight and maintains her hot body by eating right and getting her sweat on!
Emma is a city girl who dreams of being as dedicated to fitness and health as Julia but occasionally lacks the willpower! She blames the abundance of neighbourhood restaurants and a weakness for Camembert cheese on her failure to become a fully-fledged vegan – but still aspires to it! Emma has lost 14 lbs in the last year and is on the way to losing another 10lbs to be in tip top shape.
